There are only a few repairs that need to be made to get this car back on the road, and I have estimates from 2 different shops for the repairs between $500-$600. It needs a new water pump, serpentine belt, and a minor tune up (oil and spark plugs). I am simply looking to upgrade and I have no interest in restoring the car.
